New Employees hired will be awarded a $350 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance.
Schedule: 8am- 5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $17+ per hour to start.
Duties:
- Will primarily be involved with the operation of metal fabrication machinery, changing tooling, and conducting quality checks.
- Knowledge and hands-on operation of metal fabrication, specially forming with hydraulic presses.
- Setup of hydraulic presses and dies to produce specific Graepel parts.
- Provide preventative maintenance and minor repairs on tools, dies, and machines.
- Setup tool and dies and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts. Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management.
- Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent and/or related experience required.
- Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required.
- Ability to properly document paperwork.
- Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred.
- Knowledge in the operation of hydraulic forming presses preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand functionality of parts and their components.
