Title:  Hydraulic Press Operator
Location:  Southwest Omaha
Salary Range:  $17+ per hour to start.
Position:  Machine Operator
Description: 
New Employees hired will be awarded a $350 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance.

Schedule: 8am- 5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17+ per hour to start.


Duties: 
  • Will primarily be involved with the operation of metal fabrication machinery, changing tooling, and conducting quality checks. 
  • Knowledge and hands-on operation of metal fabrication, specially forming with hydraulic presses. 
  • Setup of hydraulic presses and dies to produce specific Graepel parts. 
  • Provide preventative maintenance and minor repairs on tools, dies, and machines. 
  • Setup tool and dies and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts. Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management. 
  • Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts. 
Requirements: 
  • High School or equivalent and/or related experience required. 
  • Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required. 
  • Ability to properly document paperwork. 
  • Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently. 
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred. 
  • Knowledge in the operation of hydraulic forming presses preferred. 
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand functionality of parts and their components.
