Cleaning – Custodial – Janitorial- Floor Care Technician
Location: Omaha, NE
Salary: $14 to $17 per hour
Job Description
New Employees hired will be awarded a $350 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance.

Position #1–Cleaning – Custodial – Janitorial
Pay: $14 to $17 per hour (will vary with client)
Schedules:
Full-time Shift available:
· Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
· Pay: $16/Hour
Full-time Shift available:
· Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm
· Pay: $14/Hour
Part-time Shift available:
· Monday-Friday, 2 hours per day any time after 5pm.
· Pay: $16/Hour
Part-time Shift available:
· Wednesdays and Fridays 5pm to 9pm (4 hours per day and flexible hours if it is between 5pm-11pm).
· Pay: $17/Hour
Duties:
· Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
· Emptying trash, replacing trash can liners, and dusting windowsills
· Cleaning restrooms (sink faucets, urinals, and toilets)
· May drive company vehicle
· Performs other job-related duties and special projects, as required
Requirements:
· Cleaning experience
· Communicate in English
· Reliable transportation
· Valid Driver’s License. No DUI’s may consider other offenses i.e. tickets depending on severity.
· MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and background check required (no felonies), misdemeanors will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but no substance abuse related offenses.
· Culture Index Test (We will provide you with the link to take the assessment).
Physical Requirements:
· Standing, walking, reaching, stooping, crouching, pushing, and lifting, up to 50lbs.
Attire:
· Wear black slacks or pants. We will provide a company T-shirt.
Position #2–Floor Care Technician (Commercial)
Pay: $17/Hour
Schedule: Currently part-time 25-30 hours per week with a chance to increase.
Monday-Friday 5pm-12am.
Key Responsibilities:
· Harness your adaptability to excel in operating professional commercial floor equipment, including but not limited to floor scrubbers, burnishers, polishers, and carpet extractors.
· Utilize your keen eye for detail by performing routine custodial tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, replacing liners, and dusting windowsills.
· Demonstrate your commitment to high-quality service when cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, faucets, urinals, and toilets.
· Employ your sense of responsibility to ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
· Evolve and adjust to the changing needs of the team by executing other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Experience operating commercial floor cleaning equipment (preferred)
· Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, stooping, crouching, pushing, and lifting, up to 50 lbs.
· Communicate in English
· Reliable transportation to and from work
