Hotel Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description

New Employees hired will be awarded a $350 bonus upon completing 30 days of employment with perfect attendance! 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm; on call for weekends/emergencies
Pay: $18- 22/hr.
Duties: Maintenance Manager, “The Fixer.” 
  • Perform general maintenance activities such as painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression systems, etc.
  • Perform minor repairs such as replacing door handles, light bulbs, fixtures, etc.
  • Install new HVAC systems or replace furnace filters.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Making sure that everything is running at its optimum performance means an ongoing dedication to digging deeper. Ensuring standards across all spaces on the property and being relentless about the functionality of every single component that comprises the guest experience. Solve complex problems. Working with a team. 
Requirements: 
  • Able to be on your feet/moving all day. 
  • Lift up to 40lbs. 
Qualifications: 
  • Looking for applicants that have 2+ years of longevity in their positions. 
  • Construction experience a plus.
