Hotel Building Maintenance Technician-Weekly Pay
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours:8am- 5pm; on call for weekends/emergencies
Pay: $18- 22/hr. (BOE)
Job Description:
- Maintenance Manager, “The Fixer.”
- Perform general maintenance activities such as painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression systems, etc.
- Perform minor repairs such as replacing door handles, light bulbs, fixtures, etc.
- Install new HVAC systems or replace furnace filters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Making sure that everything is running at its optimum performance means an ongoing dedication to digging deeper.
- Ensuring standards across all spaces on the property and being relentless about the functionality of every single component that comprises the guest experience.
- Solve complex problems.
- Working with a team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to be on your feet/moving all day.
- Lift up to 40lbs.
- Looking for applicants that have 2+ years of longevity in their positions.
- Construction experience a plus.
