Rotellas Bakery Customer Service/Office Administration 
Days: Monday – Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/Hour
Job Description:
  • Greeting customers and making sure they sign in/out when entering/exiting the office.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls/transferring to voicemail, paging over the intercom, etc.
  • Taking bread orders over the phone from local restaurants, entering bread orders into the system for the next day’s delivery.    
  • Organizing city route driver paperwork and making necessary invoice changes, settling amounts, and making sure paper invoices match amounts in our system.
  • Learning our “backing up” process and running invoices for the next day’s business.
  • Double checking and listening to our voicemail line for after hour calls for next day bread orders.
  • Preparing UPS labels for samples requested from our National Sales department for new/existing customers.
  • Organizing and entering School Orders for our local school districts, this also includes keeping up with incoming emails from our school contacts on any additions or cuts to original orders received.
  • Requesting signatures and validating delivery of product from local city route drivers for any missing invoices.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to type and perform 10-key data entry.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
  • Reliable
  • Presentable
  • Available to work Saturdays.
